Order Collection

All orders are shipped. It is not possible to pick up your order directly from our premises.

Shipping Timeframe

Except in cases of force majeure or temporary closure of the online store, which will be clearly announced on the homepage of shop.mesabella.fr, shipping times are as follows, subject to product availability:

  • MESA BELLA processes orders from CONSUMERS and PROFESSIONALS within 3 (three) business days from the order registration date.
  • Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.
  • Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to refuse the goods or claim compensation.

Order Tracking

The CONSUMER can track the status of their delivery using the tracking information provided by shop.mesabella.fr at the time of order confirmation, depending on the selected carrier.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer is responsible for checking the quantity and condition of the delivered products at the time of receipt.

  • In case of loss or damage during transport, the CONSUMER or PROFESSIONAL must contact the carrier directly.
  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised after the goods have left the warehouse, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the CONSUMER.

Return Risks and Shipping Fees

  • The customer assumes all risks associated with returning products.
  • Only the price of returned products is refunded.
  • The original shipping costs remain the responsibility of the CONSUMER or PROFESSIONAL.

2. Ownership of Products

  • The products remain the exclusive property of MESA BELLA until full payment has been received.
  • Risk transfer occurs at the time of delivery, when the CONSUMER, PROFESSIONAL, or a designated third party physically takes possession of the products at the specified delivery address or from the carrier.
