The History of Mesa Bella
THE MESA BELLA COMMITMENT
The world of Mesa Bella can be represented by pretty colors, creative and delicate patterns inspired by nature, complete ranges, quality decorative accessories to make the moments spent at the table unforgettable, but not only that...
To offer you quality and environmentally friendly products , we always work with the aim of producing as close as possible to our European market and reducing the packaging of our products.
Our commitment also translates into research and the proposal of more sustainable products. That is to say, products designed from natural and recyclable materials: 100% recycled paper napkins , wooden table decorations (goodbye plastic confetti!!), plates made from Areca leaves...
By “sparing” our planet in this way and fighting against over-packaging, we are playing a role on our own small scale.
A BEAUTIFUL HUMAN ADVENTURE
In 2006, after several years in the tableware industry, François-Xavier Desnoulez decided to offer warm, accessible and modular products. He then thought of ranges of plates and napkins, ephemeral, certainly, but which contribute to creating lasting memories.
He founded Mesa Bella and its first collections, including the famous square paper plates, which evoke friendly moments of sharing. These moments that for the people of the North, where he comes from, are so dear.
Pauline Tranchant , François-Xavier's youngest daughter, joined Mesa Bella in 2008 with solid marketing experience in the world of beer, then for a vending machine company.
From then on, François and Pauline traveled to many countries, looking for the best products for the French market. Thus, table runners, cups, paper tablecloths, decorations… came to expand the collections.
At the same time as the offer is expanding, the team is growing! Indeed, his youngest daughter, Mathilde, joined the adventure in 2012 , in purchasing and quality control, after having been a buyer for Danone in Mexico.
The initial offices in Roubaix are giving way to a BBC building (low-energy building) in Wambrechies and the adventure continues with passion, curiosity and humanity around Pauline, Mathilde and their new partner in 2023: Biosylva.
Together, they share the desire to offer you a very special customer service and to support you in your creativity thanks to a network of sales representatives and distributor customers throughout France. It is natural that they put their expertise at the service of your inspiration.
