  • Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been validated?
    If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us quickly by phone or via the contact form to make a change or cancellation. Once the package has been taken over by the carrier, it will no longer be possible to modify its contents.

    As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check this number on the carrier's website to track each stage of the delivery in real time.
